Sea-change is for artists working with the moving image who stand to benefit from a dedicated period in a focussed environment. The residency will allow Hooper - recipient of the 2010 Baloise Art Prize - to produce a new artwork,
Eris. Hooper was selected for Sea-change from almost 60 applicants. She will be provided with a studio within Picture This and will work with a professional production team plus production, post-production and exhibition facilities. Sea-change will also provide Hooper with a production budget.
