Commotion - Series 3
2005 - 2006
In 2005/06 Picture This worked in partnership with Arnolfini and guest curators to develop Commotion – a series of themed programmes of artist's film and video works.
Previous Commotion programmes had already established a reputation for bringing audiences together to view and discuss curatorially rigorous programmes of work by national and international contemporary artists. Invited curators devised programmes of work exploring a pertinent theoretical issue or creative genre through the presentation of artists' films. These programmes were presented together with talks and essays by artists, curators or academics.
